Due to the bespoke nature and personalisation of our wedding stationery designs we are unable to offer a "shop on-line" service however we aim to make ordering your wedding stationery as simple and stress free as possible!

If you wish to place an order please follow the directions below.


  • Please email us with your required number of wedding invitations and other
    matching stationery if required. We strongly recommend you order 10%
    extra invites to allow for mistakes, spills, lost in post and early declines
    If you decide against our advice we cannot guarantee delivery of
    additional stationery on time. 

    Please note our lead time varies throughout the year from 4 weeks up to 10 weeks in busy periods.  Please advise when you would like to receive your order when enquiring. 

  • We will email you with a final quote (valid for 28 days).  Upon acceptance we will invoice you for payment in full.  This will be by Paypal, Google Checkout, Bank Transfer or cheque (UK only).  Further details can be found in our terms and conditions page or feel free to email/call us to discuss.
  • Once payment is received we will then email you with your "diary date". This is the date your wedding invitations will be made and will be delivered to you within 5-7 days of that date. You will also receive a list of information required. Please note this information is not required immediately or at the point of order. Delay in payment for your order will delay any diary date we can offer.
  • At least 3 weeks prior to your "diary date" please forward all information, guest names and any other specific information requested at point of order. We will then email proofs for sign off. These proofs can be amended as you wish and further emails will be sent until you are happy with the final result and can sign off for make-up.
  • Please note any changes to your sample are made after your order is placed. You may change ANY wording, colours and images (subject to copyright) exactly as you wish on any part of your stationery. Embellishments may also be changed but dependent on design may incur a small extra charge per invite.
  • RSVP postcards are FREE of charge with all day folded and single sided cards. Co-ordinated mounted RSVPS are included with all pocket-fold invites along with any other insert sheets received with your sample.
  • Guest names are printed free of charge on all invitations if required. Instructions on how to provide these names will be given to you after an order has been placed.

At Lilylou & You we feel that no order should be too small but due to time, costs, and materials we do have to insist on a minimum order of 20 invites. Matching stationery items are already offered at a discounted price to those who have placed an order for day invites.  Please refer to the price columns within our price lists for details of discounted supporting stationery.
